Returns We accept returns within 5 days of delivery (online only) 48 hours for in person/store purchases. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Exchanges We gladly accept exchanges within 5 days of delivery (online only) 48 hours for in person/store purchases. If you'd like a different size or style, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Final Sale Items Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Initiate a Return Contact us at (giftedbyus@gmail.com) with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
